VR agencies have assumed leadership roles in establishing these partnerships and collaborations to address common objectives, such as to support program outreach and participation by generating referrals, to provide support and resources participants need but that are beyond the scope of what VR can pay for, and to support business engagement activities in order to pool resources and expertise to improve employment outcomes for a specific community.
