VR agencies must have talent, tools, and resources centered around data collection, reporting, and analysis in order to make data-informed decisions. Some of these factors include a modern, functional case management system (CMS), staff with training in data analytics/visualization, and data sharing with partner agencies, including the WIOA core programs. Additionally, VR agencies must have systems in place to ensure the validity of data necessary to inform service delivery and resource allocation.
