VR agencies must have documented internal controls that include quality assurance and program evaluation activities. Agencies with documented processes in place, including monitoring and evaluation of these processes, will catch errors and pain points early and often, resulting in increased data quality, service provision, outcomes, and performance. Additionally, VR agencies with resources and staff dedicated to this area are more likely to have an integrated system to support all levels of the VR agency.
